I used to feel the same way.

For the first time, I saw pain as something I could fix, not just something like the weather that I couldn’t change.
I was ready to do whatever it took to overcome it.

For the first time, I stopped crying about the rain and started looking…
for shelter.
I didn’t have motivation because I saw myself as a victim.
When you don’t approach your problems constructively, you don’t take responsibility for them. And YOU SUFFER!
It’s a feeling of powerlessness. You feel the pain. You can’t escape it.
You don’t know what to do. You feel it’s unfair.
“Strong emotions awaken strength.”
When passion flows through you, you can spend hours doing something and feel refreshed.
Not just positive emotions but also negative ones—pain, anger, fear, hate—can ignite your strength.
Before, I couldn’t handle that strength, and it destroyed me from the inside.
I felt helpless, regretful. If you can’t control that strength, it will control you.
But once you manage it, you have an unlimited source of motivation.
How is that possible?
Pain shows you what you don’t want => It wakes up a desire for what you do want. (Motivation)
Are you troubled by something? Perfect! You have a huge amount of fuel for a rocket start!
How did I manage that strength and secure a great life?
I took responsibility for my life.
I admitted my pain and that I didn’t want to live like that anymore.
I understood that I could control and shape my life however I wanted.
But what should you do to fulfill these points and thus control an unlimited source of motivation?
You have to take. real. steps.
You can’t just think about it, say to yourself, “I take responsibility for my life,” and then magically achieve responsibility and gain strength.
To actually achieve that, you need to change how you view different situations and behave appropriately when they arise.
Now, what are the practical steps to mastering your strength?
I’ll give you an exercise.
It’s very simple. Everyone can do it.

You have the opportunity NOW.
In this exercise, besides unlocking unlimited motivation, you’ll also learn how to approach your problems.
So… when something troubles you. Ask yourself:
What is it that troubles me?
And what would be the opposite of that?
For example:
The trouble: I feel lost and behind others.
Opposite: I know what I want, and I have others’ recognition.
This realization sets your direction!
And your decision to act makes that direction your goal.
Don’t you feel less lost now when you know where to go?
Then ask yourself: What will move me towards the goal?
All this is crucial to approaching your problems constructively.
So the steps not to feel lost anymore are…
“But WAIT! Is it even possible to feel in control of my life?”
Here’s the exercise to realize the control over your life:
Let’s start slow. Set just a little task to accomplish.
It doesn’t have to be anything big or unpleasant!
It can even be something really absurd!
Like literally just standing up the chair! 💁♂️
Ready? Let’s do it!
Did you do it?
Hmm… You just decided to change something about your life.
You just executed THE CONTROL over your life!
The best thing? You have that control at ANY TIME!
Each time you accomplish such a task…
take some time, like… ten seconds… and acknowledge the control and FREEDOM you have.
Appreciate it!
How beautiful is it to be in control of your life?
Set these small tasks every day.
Until you actually begin to feel in control.
Now, obviously, it doesn’t have to be as simple as standing up.
Start with something really simple.
Each day, take some USEFUL action.
The second day, for example, you can go for a walk.
Eventually, set tasks that truly move you closer to your goal.
Gradually, step out of your comfort zone.
Maybe start exercising.
You can decide to visit new places. And actually visit them.
Or to try a new activity.
In general, anytime, there’s something
you can do that leads to your goal.
And you can always DECIDE to follow that path.
Every time, look at how much power you have! And appreciate it!
Take some time to appreciate the benefits and the impact your actions had.
And if you still somehow don’t feel in control, it’s because you didn’t try something really uncomfortable.
Try ice baths. Feel how not even a pain or a fear can stop you! You are the only one who can stop you!
And this, ladies and gentlemen, is the RECIPE for the alchemical transformation of pain into unlimited motivation:
Feel the CONTROL over your life.
Understand that you can SHAPE YOUR LIFE according to your own goals.
Realize that PAIN is nothing that would need to STOP YOU.
NOW YOU HAVE ALL THE PRECONDITIONS FOR SUCCESS!
You’ve already gained the courage to take the first step.
You’ve discovered the direction to go.
You’ve gained a strong reason (motivation) to persevere.
You now know that you can control your life.
Only the real steps and the real action will lead you to the goal.
“If you don’t apply what you learn, you’re wasting time.”
I often used to slide into this behavior:
Something bothered me, and I wanted to solve it. I looked for answers in books and on the internet.
I thought about it all day…
but, surprisingly, I had no results!
Because I simply did not take the action.
How to avoid being in such a situation and losing time instead of making an effort?
As already said:
The only thing that matters and that moves you towards the goal
is action.
If you don’t do anything practical, you’ve moved towards the goal just as much as if you were sitting at home on the couch doing nothing.
What changes when you start actually taking action?
The reason why people often feel powerless…
don’t see any progress…
nor ways to escape misery…
is that they don’t. take. action.
By now, you understand the importance of action.
What else is missing?
To know the real steps to take.
To find the right action leading you where you need to go!
It’s time to use all the theory.
And based on it, devise real steps and apply them!

The path that unveils who’s truly worthy of achieving their goal.

You have the best chance to make it through.
